Managing Wallboards

In this guide, we'll teach you how to create a wallboard, add Panels to visualize information, and customize it!

How to create a Wallboard?

Below we show you how you can create Wallboards in a very simple way.

  1. To create a Wallboard, you must access Statistics > Wallboards.
  1. Once here, you must click the New button, located in the top-right corner.

  2. A modal will open, where you must assign a unique name to the Wallboard, for example Agent Performance. Optionally, you can add a description.

  1. Once created, you'll have an empty canvas ready to start adding panels.

How to add a panel?

  1. To add a new Panel, you must click on the one you want from the right menu and it will be added.
  1. Now that you have a Panel added, you must decide what type of source you're going to use. That is, whether the information to be displayed in the Panel is about Users, Campaigns, Outbound Hubs, or a database query.
  1. Now that you have your Panel with a selected source, you must select the metrics you want to display within the Panel.

How to customize the Panel?

You can customize the appearance of each Panel. Below we show you how to do it!

  1. Select the Panel you want to customize and click the "Configuration" button.

  2. Once here, you must go to the Appearance tab.

From here you can customize:

  • Title: you can assign a title to the Panel.
  • Description: you can assign a description to the Panel.
  • Chart color: if it's a Panel with charts, you can customize the color of each one from here.
